I have a skin-disease. Can I still use your products without worry?

  • Generally, cosmetic products – our products included – can only be used on healthy skin, which
    • is dehydrated
    • does not produce enough lipids (dry and very dry, rough and flaking skin)
    • is very sensitive (sensitive skin)
    • are related to sun exposure or signs of ageing (wrinkles, expression lines, slackening, loss of contour, hyperpigmentation).

For all of these skin types are the products available.

A product causes an allergic reaction. What should I do?

In general, a cosmetic allergy is a contact allergy. Typical symptoms include skin-reddening, pruritus, blistering, secretion formation, flaking, eye-redness, eye pruritus and stinging eyes.

  1. Clarifying causes: An allergy is not inevitably caused by cosmetics. It can also be caused by other aspects, such as environmental influences or dietary intake.
  2. Time of usage and skin areal: These are essential aspects that need attention as much as the used product. In the case of a cosmetic allergy, the symptoms mostly only occur in certain local skin areas. Because of this limited application area (i.e. eye area), it is simple to determine what product could have caused what allergy. However, one should consider that skin reactions can occur later. That means skin reactions can sometimes be visible only hours after applying a cosmetic product. This fact distinguishes contact allergies from different types of allergies, where a physical response is quick to arise, such as a pollen allergy, where the allergenic substances are inhaled. One should also acknowledge that the affected skin area does not necessarily need to connect to the scope of application.
  3. Keep calm: As long as no secondary infection occurs, a cosmetic allergy does not have any negative consequences – it just causes slight inconveniences since it feels bothersome and looks unsightly.
  4. Allergy test: A dermatologist should conduct an allergy test to determine the allergenic substance. Knowing about allergies helps you avoid using allergenic products in the future.

General information about the skincare routine

In what order should the products be applied?

For best results, we recommend the following everyday skincare routine and @home layering technique with our products:


  1. daily face cleanser -> cleansing
  2. daily skin refiner -> boost
  3. anti‐redness serum -> concentrate
  4. comforting fluid face & eye -> eye cream
  5. hyaluron hydro fluid 24h -> day skincare

If needed, use sunscreen SPF 30 or SPF 50.

Tipp: for dry skin, layer the products as follows- apply the products of steps 4 & 5 generous to face, neck and décolleté.

Tipp: Apply a thick layer of nutri rich night cream as an overnight face mask.

Alternatively: Use nutri rich night skincare as an intensive mask treatment and wait for 20 min. Rinse off with water and then apply hyaluron hydro fluid 24h.

You can use all our products during pregnancy and the breastfeeding period.

Which products should I use for dry skin during wintertime?

For the face, neck, décolleté, use the nutri rich night cream and the anti-ageing body cream for the body.

Are the products suitable for all skin types?

Sun protection: The sunscreen SPF 30, SPF 50 and SOS after sun lotion is suitable for all skin types.

Cleansing and skincare: daily face cleanser, daily skin refiner and anti-ageing body cream are ideal for normal and dehydrated skin and the nutri rich night cream for dry and very dry skin. Our anti-redness serum and comforting fluid face & eye cream are just as suitable for dry as they are for sensitive skin types. Both products are fragrance-free.

How do we test the skin tolerance of your products?

Skin Tolerance

The products are dermatologically tested. Probands tested the skin tolerance of every rinse-off and leave-on product under physiological conditions. Specialists and dermatologists approve the results and assessments of epicutaneous tests concerning allergic reactions. According to international guidelines, there were no toxic-irritative skin intolerances.

Environmental sustainability

Ecotoxicology, also known as environmental toxicology or ecological toxicology, is an interdisciplinary scientific field that concerns the impacts of substances on the environment. All sun protection products are tested for ecotoxicity – reef-friendly UV-filters are certified (HelioScience, 2021). The products have highly efficient sun protection, which laboratory and clinical tests have confirmed. The sun protection factor 30 and 50 of the tested emulsions concerns the protection from UV-rays. The UV-A protection factor meets the expectations of the EU-ordinance. It is at least a third of the sun protection factor.

Are your products comedogen?

We do not use ingredients which create blackheads under normal conditions of use.

What is the products shelf life?

The period after opening (PAO, Period after Opening) refers to when a product is safe for human use after the first opening. The PAO for our products amounts to 6 months, and the expiration date is up to 2 years. You find the PAO on the packaging.

Which fragrances do you use in your formulas?

The exclusive fragrances of our products, included in all our scented products, create an exquisite composition of vanilla & almond with a note of freshness that sets warm and feminine highlights.


How can I track my order?

  • Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking code to track your delivery.

What are the delivery costs, and how long does the delivery take?

  • We take over the delivery costs for you. The delivery time is 2-5 days.

What should I do if I did not receive my package, but the tracking status says it was delivered?

  • Presumably, you could not accept the delivery because you were not at home at the time of delivery. In this case, please check if there was a note left with the delivery information. For example, your package could be at your neighbour’s or with the janitor. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service if you cannot find the parcel.

I received damaged products, what should I do?

  • In this case, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please return the damaged products and place another order.
